Carols at All Saints

Well what a lovely service taken by Nigel. A really good turn out from the village enjoyed a service which gently unfurled the Christmas story as elements were added to our nativity scene by the youngsters.

We were delighted to have our new heaters operating for the first time which not only provided a very festive reddish glow but also had the congregation warmer than ever. This latter point provided us with our one and only complaint. Richard S had to point out that he had come well wrapped up with all his winter woollies for the normal Carol Service only to find himself a mite warm.

All in all a brilliant way to ease us all into Christmas.
